Promotion, prevention, and intervention services that support language and communication development in young children
  • development of preschool language skills, social skills and pre-literacy
  • prevention and early identification of speech-language delays for children
  • information and help to parents and caregivers about communication development
  • parent-child programs - infant massage, songs and rhymes
  • training and capacity building for early childhood community partners
Eligibility
Families, parents, caregivers and their children birth-5 years ; focus on children who have, or are suspected of having, language and communication difficulties ; community partners working with young children
