- Addiction Services:
Access to social workers, nurses, or physicians. Services may include:- inpatient detoxification
- opioid replacement program
- individual counseling
- family and loved-one support
- linkages to community-based agencies, series, or self-help groups
- community and educational services related to prevention/education, health promotion, and community mobilization
Access to social workers, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, community support workers, or psychiatrists. Services may include:- assessments
- individual and group counseling
- therapeutic groups
- psychiatric consultation
- crisis services (including Mobile Crisis Unit, Emergency Mental Health and Inpatient Psychiatry)
- early psychosis programs
- outreach services to various communities
- community-based agencies/services or self-help groups
- mental health recovery centre for existing clients
- walk in access to counseling regarding addiction and mental health-related issues
- one-hour therapy session focused on current issues and next steps
- available virtually or in person
- treatment tailored to helping persons experiencing severe or persistent mental illness remain in the community and connected to community services
